If one provider is down, our talkie will pick up the signal of the next. For even greater connectivity, we also offer a global coverage option.

Does it have a monthly/year fee to continue the service?

First year's service is completely free—no gimmicks, no hidden fees! We’ve partnered with major data networks to give you total LTE and 4G coverage and the most reliable service out there. After that, it’s just $25 per device annually—way less than competitors who lure you in with “no fees” or “no contracts” but hit you with $50 to $240 a year after the first year. Don’t fall into that trap. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. We keep it real—no BS, just great service you can trust.

Why do I need Narvik Radios when my phone also uses the cellular network?

Will these devices work if I'm going on a cruise?

As long as there are LTE servcies on those boats/ferries, it will indeed work. Most major cruise lines now have LTE repeaters on board.

Can multiple radios talk to each other or is it just the pair?

Yes, you can communicate with other users as long as they are under the same account. Each account can host up to 200 groups, which is more than enough for most needs. You can create private talk groups or have one-on-one conversations. We can also add users to your group or arrange one-on-one chats for you at any time. All communication is completely private and secure—only people you approve can interact with you. Additionally, all conversations are encrypted, ensuring your privacy.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
